Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the management of the Delvaux boutique, its team, merchandise, and client service. The role helps optimize boutique performance and profitability while maintaining high standards in operations, merchandising, and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales targets, KPIs, reporting, and boutique performance, and recommend corrective actions.
• Coach and motivate associates, support team development, and communicate business objectives.
• Oversee boutique operations, administration, inventory, security, schedules, and policy compliance.
• Develop client relationships, provide professional service, and support brand awareness and local business initiatives.

Requirements

• At least two years of boutique management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Experience supporting a team in a luxury retail environment and knowledge of MS Office.
• Strong leadership potential, business acumen, communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team, manage competing priorities, and take initiative.
