Responsibilities- Act as a Guerlain Lead Brand Ambassador, embodying the brand's savoir-faire and values.
- Transmit and communicate the 3 axes of Guerlain and endorse Guerlain codes and attitudes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the counter with a test and learn approach.
- Create and grow the boutique’s client base using the Retailer Clients Management System.
- Perform sales analysis and propose actions for improvement.
- Assist Business Manager with communications, scheduling, and stock needs.
- Support daily sales accomplishments and ensure consistency in grooming and uniform guidelines.
- Coordinate communication for store events and animations.
- Support coaching and education strategies with the team.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales and management.
- Prior experience as Counter Manager, Sales, and/or Training.
- Passionate about the Guerlain brand and able to convey this passion to the team and clients.
- Empathetic, positive, and results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to build a high-performing team.
- Resourceful with strong analytic skills for proactive problem solving.
- Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Availability to meet the needs of the business.
