Assistant Boutique Manager - Fashion Valley

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Director in managing daily boutique operations and the sales team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, growing sales and clientele, and maintaining Christian Dior standards.

Responsibilities

• Support, coach, schedule, and train associates to meet sales and clienteling objectives.
• Open and close the boutique and oversee daily operations, merchandising, housekeeping, and inventory.
• Improve sales, develop new clients, minimize stock losses, and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Manage staff attendance and uphold consistent workplace standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably including 1 year of management in a luxury product setting.
• Strong luxury industry knowledge, fashion sensitivity, commercial creativity, and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and the hours needed to open or close the store.
• Ability to remain on the selling floor for extended periods and operate POS and other store equipment.
