Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in leading the sales team and managing daily boutique operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, maximizing sales, developing client relationships, and maintaining Christian Dior standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coach, train, schedule, and manage associates to achieve sales and clienteling objectives.
  • Open and close the boutique, oversee merchandising and inventory, and minimize stock losses.
  • Ensure policies, procedures, attendance, housekeeping, and service standards are maintained.
  • Build client relationships and contribute to sales growth and new client development.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably including 1 year of management experience in a luxury product setting.
  • Strong luxury industry knowledge, fashion sensitivity, initiative, and commercial creativity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to open or close the store as needed.
