Assistant Boutique Manager

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at IWC Schaffhausen in Dallas, Texas, you will support the Boutique Manager in leading the boutique and driving business growth in a dynamic environment. • Lead daily operations of the boutique, including stock management, visual merchandising, vendor management, and compliance.
• Support team performance through coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate on client development strategy and CRM action plans.
• Participate in sales activities on the floor, delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships.

• 5+ years of experience in the luxury retail industry or equivalent.
