Assistant Boutique Manager

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager in daily boutique operations and helps lead the team to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets. The role also supports team development, client acquisition, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support the team in meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist with coaching, scheduling, performance feedback, and team development.
• Support boutique operations, including safety, finance, payroll, reporting, and visual merchandising standards.
• Drive client acquisition and development, maintain VIP relationships, and support client activations.
• Lead the boutique in the Boutique Manager's absence.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP proficiency preferred.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and store openings and closings.
