Assistant Boutique Manager - Las Vegas City Center

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Director with daily management of the sales team and boutique operations. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, growing sales, developing clients, and maintaining luxury brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Support sales growth, minimize stock losses, and attract new clients.
• Open and close the boutique.
• Coach, staff, schedule, and develop associates.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, attendance, housekeeping, and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Manage sales staff toward sales and clienteling objectives while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of retail experience, preferably including 1 year of management in a luxury product setting.
• Strong luxury industry knowledge, fashion sensitivity, and commercial creativity.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment and work multifaceted hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work on the selling floor for extended periods and operate POS systems and other store equipment.
