• Motivate and support the Boutique Team to reach revenue and sales KPIs.

• Set the tone for exceptional customer service and support the team on the selling floor.
• Manage boutique operations, including inventory management and product intake.
• Support client acquisition and development, maintaining VIP relationships.
• Develop and maintain community and business center relationships.

• 5-7 years of management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP preferred.
