Assistant Boutique Manager - Madison Ave

Summary

Assist the Boutique Director with boutique management, sales growth, team development, and high-quality client service. Represent the Maison as an ambassador while fostering exceptional client experiences and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide the team on operations, policies, procedures, and corporate directives.
• Coach team members, provide feedback, support closing, and maintain effective floor coverage through scheduling.
• Partner with corporate teams on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and help grow sales through elevated boutique experiences.
• Oversee back-office operations and ensure products and displays are effectively merchandised.
• Represent the Maison and network within the community.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience and a bachelor's degree are required.
• Four years of luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, selling, closing, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; relevant foreign language ability is preferred.
• Ability to travel.
