Assistant Boutique Manager - Miami Design District

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager partners with the Boutique Director to lead boutique sales and operations, achieve sales targets, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role develops the team, builds client relationships, and supports a culture of service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, client development, loyalty, and spend with new and existing clients.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver personalized client experiences in-store, through omnichannel services, and at events.
• Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members while supporting talent development.
• Partner with the Boutique Director on hiring, training, and team performance.
• Improve customer service and coordinate customer service, back-of-house, and alterations teams to support seamless experiences.
• Build community relationships and identify opportunities for client engagement and corporate social responsibility.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
• 2-3 or more years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom or similar video-telephony tools.
• Ability to manage multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations with diplomacy.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
