Summary
The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Manager to drive store performance, uphold brand image, and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role helps manage the team, contributes to commercial activity and stock optimization, and represents the brand in daily boutique operations and customer interactions.
Responsibilities
- Assist Boutique Manager in daily team management and foster a positive team spirit
- Help set and monitor individual and boutique KPIs and sales targets
- Coach and develop team members using brand tools and training materials
- Support implementation of product launches and in-store events
- Optimize stock levels and drive sell through
- Assume oversight of the boutique in the manager’s absence
- Deliver high standard of service following the brand sales method
- Contribute to clienteling and CRM activities to recruit and retain customers
- Execute in-store and remote actions to drive traffic and loyalty
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a management role preferred
- Proven track record achieving retail sales and profitability targets
- Experience in luxury retail environment preferred
- Comfortable with POS systems and digital tools
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and client tracking systems
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Strong coaching, communication, and customer service skills
