Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager supports the Boutique Director or Manager with day-to-day team and boutique operations. The role focuses on delivering high-level customer service, growing sales and clientele, and maintaining effective stock and process management.

Responsibilities

• Support sales performance, client development, and customer service standards.
• Open and close the boutique; coach, staff, and schedule team members.
• Coordinate promotions and train associates on client capture and customer database development.
• Manage merchandise transfers, damages, returns, pricing, and inventory while minimizing stock losses.
• Oversee compliance with company policies, security procedures, and sales and record-keeping standards.
