Assistant Boutique Manager - Roseville Galleria

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Roseville Galleria, you will play a pivotal role in our Fragrance & Beauty community at CHANEL. You will drive exceptional client experiences through leadership, operational excellence, and coaching, while demonstrating a passion for beauty.

• Partner with the Boutique Director to develop and lead the team, assuming oversight in the Director's absence.
• Lead the team on the sales floor, providing superior service to every client.
• Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity and collaboration.
• Manage sales floor operations, including stock needs and operational responsibilities.
• Communicate inventory and supply needs, and manage stock storage systems.
• Assist in event planning and execution.
• Provide a unique and memorable in-store and after-sales experience.
• Uphold brand image, hygiene standards, and visual merchandising requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• 3+ years of leadership sales experience in a retail luxury environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and operationally savvy.
• Ability to coach and lead a team.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
