Assistant Boutique Manager - Sawgrass

Summary

Co-manage the sales, customer service, and operations of a luxury retail boutique, supporting the Boutique Manager in driving sales, maintaining brand standards, and developing the sales team. Provide leadership to ensure customer satisfaction, operational accuracy, and achievement of boutique results.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and co-direct a high performance team to achieve boutique sales targets.
• Support daily operations including shipping, receiving, stock movement, and audit compliance.
• Coach and develop Sales Associates in client development and presentation standards.
• Ensure Montblanc brand and visual merchandising standards are implemented and maintained.
• Hold employees accountable for productivity and support sales generation initiatives.
• Manage operational tasks such as maintenance of work areas, repairs, and personalization orders.
• Provide exemplary customer service and promote clientele development techniques.

Requirements

• Must be proficient or fluent in Spanish.
• 2 plus years retail management experience, luxury preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
