Assistant Boutique Manager - South Coast Plaza

The Assistant Boutique Manager at South Coast Plaza will support and lead the execution of short and long-term objectives for the boutique in partnership with the Business Manager and Account Executive/National Sales Director. This role involves overseeing sales-related functions, driving sales, and leading a team of Beauty Advisors.

• Lead and motivate a team of beauty advisors to ensure best in class service.
• Serve as a role model and coach to selling ceremony expectations.
• Build trusting relationships with peers and team, acting as an advocate for the Brand.
• Ensure accountability for all company policies and processes.
• Create enthusiasm and positivity for a shared vision and mission.
• Lead all client initiatives, including follow-up.
• Conduct monthly performance conversations with the team.
• Drive the sales floor to ensure store and personal productivity meets daily goals.
• Support Beauty Advisors with selling practices to achieve sales goals.
• Develop the team to build long-term relationships with customers.
• Act as brand ambassador to drive loyalty and business.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Supervise and execute the maintenance of floor stock.
• Complete all store operational tasks, including communicating sales.
• Conduct daily audits to ensure compliance.

• 2+ years of prestige luxury retail sales and management experience.
• Prior experience as Business Manager, Sales, and/or Training Manager.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry and good business acumen.
