Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Boutique Manager shares responsibility for business development and the overall management of the boutique, team, merchandise, and customer experience. This role supports sales goals, develops the sales team, and takes responsibility for the boutique when the Boutique Manager is absent.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a luxury customer experience, support sales objectives, and develop client relationships.
  • Coach and develop sales associates, provide performance feedback, and foster a positive team environment.
  • Support daily boutique operations, inventory accuracy, security, scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll.
  • Assist with special events, repairs, new-hire onboarding, and visual merchandising.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of luxury retail experience; high-end watch sales experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, analytical, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands, understand sales goals and budgets, and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Computer proficiency and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
