Assistant Boutique Manager

As an Assistant Boutique Manager in Aspen, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client experiences and nurturing relationships. You will assist the Boutique Director in managing the boutique, focusing on sales development, team growth, and maintaining high-quality service. You will embody the values of Van Cleef & Arpels and act as an ambassador for the brand.

• Assist the Boutique Manager in guiding the team on operations, policies, and corporate directives.
• Represent Van Cleef & Arpels within the community as an ambassador.
• Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
• Liaise with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operations.
• Provide excellent customer service to support sales growth.
• Ensure effective merchandising to maximize sales.

• 4+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Strong selling and closing skills with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Foreign language ability applicable to the market is preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel is required.
