Assistant Boutique Manager

As an Assistant Boutique Manager in Austin, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client experiences and nurturing relationships. You will assist the Boutique Manager in managing the boutique, focusing on sales development, team growth, and maintaining high-quality service standards. You will embody the values of Van Cleef & Arpels and act as an ambassador for the brand.

• Assist the Boutique Manager in guiding the team in operations, policies, and corporate directives.
• Represent Van Cleef & Arpels as an ambassador within the community.
• Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
• Liaise with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and elevate boutique experiences to support sales growth.
• Ensure products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales.

• 4+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Strong selling and closing skills with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Foreign language ability applicable to the market is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel is a must.
