Assistant Boutique Manager

As an Assistant Boutique Manager in Scottsdale, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client experiences and nurturing relationships within a luxury retail environment. You will assist the Boutique Director in managing the boutique, focusing on sales development, team growth, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

• Assist the Boutique Director in guiding the team on operations, policies, and corporate directives.
• Act as an ambassador for Van Cleef & Arpels, networking within the community.
• Support the team in achieving performance goals through feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
• Liaise with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and help elevate boutique experiences to support sales growth.
• Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to maximize sales.

• 4+ years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Strong selling and closing skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Foreign language ability applicable to the market is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel is a must.
