Job Description

Summary

Supports the Counter Manager in overseeing CHANEL Beauty and Fragrance operations and developing sales opportunities. Delivers personalized customer service through product expertise and client consultations.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual Beauty and Fragrance sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through client consultations.
  • Support sales team development and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Organize promotions and special events with Territory Managers.
  • Participate in merchandising and manage inventory.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of CHANEL products.
  • Provide a luxurious, personalized client experience.
  • Contribute to sales goals and support the development of a goal-oriented team.
