Assistant Counter Manager - Holt Renfrew

Summary

As Assistant Counter Manager you will support the Counter Manager in overseeing CHANEL Beauty & Fragrance operations at the Holt Renfrew Bloor Street counter in Toronto. You will help drive sales performance through exceptional client consultations, product knowledge, merchandising and team coaching. The role focuses on delivering a luxurious client experience while contributing to daily and monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Counter Manager in daily operations and execution of sales strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and product expertise.
• Contribute to achieving annual, monthly, weekly and daily sales targets.
• Assist with merchandising, promotions, special events and counter organization.
• Help develop and coach the sales team to remain goal-oriented and client-focused.
• Manage Beauty & Fragrance inventory and stock processes.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail or beauty and fragrance sales preferred.
• Strong customer service, selling and product knowledge skills.
• Leadership and team development abilities to support coaching and target delivery.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and peak promotional periods.
