Job Description

Summary

The Events Assistant will support planning and execution of bespoke client events and activations at The Landmark, working closely with the Events Specialist and Manager to create memorable experiences and provide on-site coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support for client events and activations
  • Assist with non-client events including internal corporate, brand activations, and press events
  • Support day-of coordination and on-site event execution
  • Assist with event planning timelines and anticipate on-site needs
  • Gather data for post-event reporting and ROI analysis
  • Source and manage relationships with luxury vendors
  • Support invoice management, vendor payments, and budget tracking
  • Collaborate with store partners and provide on-site support as needed
  • Assist with event logistics including invitations, gifts, guest lists, RSVPs, travel, and check-in staffing

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a support role within luxury retail, hospitality, or events
  • Ability to work on site five days a week including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
