Assistant Gallery Leader

Summary

The Assistant Gallery Leader provides leadership to cross-functional teams to create a luxury in-gallery experience, set strategy, and ensure high-quality execution across operations, sales, and guest service. This role supports leadership with initiatives and training while coaching and developing gallery associates to drive results and uphold brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop gallery teams through coaching and performance management
• Represent the brand with polished communication and professional appearance
• Support leadership with new initiatives, training, and operational execution
• Attract and hire talent appropriate for a luxury retail environment
• Drive results while embracing change and maintaining a positive attitude
• Recognize and prioritize complex business needs and respond appropriately
• Ensure gallery associates feel supported, inspired, and aligned to vision
• Maintain commitment to quality and attention to detail in all gallery aspects

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail
• Interior design experience preferred
• Superior organization and leadership skills
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate, influence, and inspire others
• Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient with current technology such as iPads, Mac, and PC
