Assistant General Manager

Summary

The Assistant General Manager supports boutique operations, team development, and sales performance in a luxury menswear retail environment. Working with the General Manager, this role helps deliver an elevated guest experience and drive the boutique's growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive boutique sales and KPIs, and coach team members to improve performance and guest service.
• Support daily operations, staff supervision, scheduling, recruiting, onboarding, and retention.
• Partner on in-store events, guest outreach, digital tools, and merchandising strategy.
• Maintain brand standards for store presentation, visual merchandising, team appearance, and operational compliance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality, with a background in sales and team leadership.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and guest engagement skills.
• Entrepreneurial, performance-driven, adaptable, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
