Assistant General Manager - Supply Chain

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) is responsible for leading operations teams in a single Fulfillment Center location in Elizabethtown, PA. Reporting to the Building Director/GM, this position directly manages a team of Operations managers, focusing on efficiency, cost reductions, and general management of all processing duties. This leadership role requires a combination of focus, flexibility, and a willingness to actively manage the fulfillment center and network.

• Supervise Operations Managers across all shifts, responsible for all processing functional areas.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and development of managers and employees.
• Drive effective communication across processing areas to ensure alignment to goals and key initiatives.
• Participate as a key stakeholder in building level process, capital, or other improvement projects.
• Achieve defined operational metrics and expense objectives within assigned area.
• Plan programs to achieve high-level business objectives established by top-level management.

• Minimum of 8 years of Fulfillment Center leadership experience.
• Graduate-level degree in related discipline is a plus.
• Strong capability in managing large teams and effective communication skills.
• Experience in data-driven decision making and building effective teams.
• Ability to develop reliable, cost-effective systems and procedures.
• Success in identifying, developing, and retaining quality talent.
