Summary

Assists the Grand Vendeur with day-to-day functions to support clients and sales. Maintains the highest level of customer service in all communications, in line with Christian Dior expectations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Grand Vendeur's clients and sales through day-to-day assistance.
• Maintain excellent customer service in all client communications.
• Follow up effectively and manage client information with care and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury market.
• Strong brand and product knowledge, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to adapt, learn quickly, solve client problems creatively, multitask, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
