As an Assistant Manager at our Cafe Bistro in Fashion Place, you will play a dual role as an empowering leader and consummate teacher. • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful unit.
• Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and maintain high productivity and cost efficiency.

• Solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic accounting skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry.
• Possession of a food handler’s card as required by local and state regulations.
• 2+ years of full-service, upscale restaurant management experience.
