Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Manager, After Sales oversees fashion, watch, and fine jewelry after-sales services for the boutique. This role manages operational processes, workshop performance, service quality, staff development, and the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze service center and vendor performance metrics and implement improvements to processes, efficiency, and client experience.
  • Oversee workshop workflow, repair quality, equipment, claims processing, returns, and quality audits.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with boutique teams, vendors, suppliers, and support partners.
  • Train, motivate, and monitor after-sales staff, and manage escalated client issues through timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Five to seven years of related experience in a repair or technical-oriented field preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
