Assistant Manager - Asset Protection - The Mall at Green Hills

The Assistant Manager - Asset Protection at The Mall at Green Hills is responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the building, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding high ethical standards. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to take ownership and initiative in various situations.

• Work with the Asset Protection Leadership to ensure complete building security and safety.
• Respond to and report all store security and emergency situations, including administering first aid and escorting hostile individuals.
• Partner with the Asset Protection Manager to assist employees with safety incidents and participate in the store Emergency Response team.
• Observe customer behavior for indicators of theft, such as fraudulent check or credit card activity and shoplifting.
• Assist in coaching Asset Protection employees to meet performance standards and expectations.
• Review and approve reports to ensure proper documentation of Loss Prevention incidents and cases.

• Proven success in investigative, asset protection, and security procedures.
• Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with employees and leaders.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency, including use of monitoring and surveillance technologies.
• Comprehensive understanding of both APIS and XBR (preferred).
