Summary

As an Assistant Manager at Bazille in St John's Town Center, you will play a dual role as an empowering leader and consummate teacher. You will complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program and support the success of your unit by ensuring customer satisfaction, complying with company procedures, and maintaining productivity and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of running a successful unit.
  • Hire, train, manage, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with company procedures.
  • Maintain productivity and manage costs effectively.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of full-service, upscale restaurant management experience.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic accounting skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Career ambitions in the fast-paced food and beverage industry.
  • Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations.
