Responsibilities

• Use directive selling to meet or exceed sales goals
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to grow personal trade
• Assist the Department Manager in developing and executing a department business plan
• Coach and lead sales associates to achieve individual and department targets
• Act as a fashion role model and product knowledge expert for customers
• Ensure merchandising and presentation standards are met
• Support accurate inventory management and stock processes
• Manage competing priorities in a fast paced retail environment
