The Assistant Manager - Beauty supports the Department Manager in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences through directive selling, coaching the team, and maintaining merchandising and inventory standards at The Grove location.

Responsibilities

• Use directive selling to meet or exceed sales goals
• Build personal trade by developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Assist the Department Manager in achieving department volume and productivity goals
• Develop and execute a business plan to drive sales
• Coach salespeople to meet Sell More Make More goals
• Serve as a fashion role model and product knowledge expert
• Ensure merchandising and presentation standards are met
• Maintain accurate inventory management
