Summary

The Assistant Manager, Client Development is a boutique leader responsible for driving business results and delivering elevated client experiences. This role coaches and develops the sales team, supports boutique operations, and helps expand the client base through market engagement. The position requires regular floor time, leadership in training, and partnership with local businesses and events to grow clientele.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor, and develop boutique sales team to deliver exceptional client service.
• Drive sales performance and support execution of business strategies and targets.
• Provide initial and ongoing product and service training to staff.
• Represent the boutique in the market and develop client relationships via community and partnership activities.
• Ensure boutique image, visual standards, and operational processes are maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in retail or client development roles.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift 15 lb and perform in-store presence to manage and support the team.
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred.
