Assistant Manager Consumer Engagement

The Assistant Manager, Consumer Engagement will lead and execute Consumer Engagement strategies for Givenchy and Kenzo in North America. This role involves managing influencer and PR programs, content creation, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to elevate brand awareness and sentiment.

• Manage and develop influencer and PR programs to drive brand objectives.
• Facilitate content creation and approvals with HQ and internal teams.
• Develop editorial programs and maintain strong editorial presence.
• Build and maintain relationships with beauty influencers.
• Manage forecasts and budgets for Consumer Engagement programs.
• Provide reporting on Consumer Engagement activities and market analyses.
• Execute tactical brand engagement work and organizational needs.

• 2-4 years' experience in digital, social, or editorial roles for a brand.
• Luxury and/or beauty experience is essential.
• Strong time management and external communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and social media.
• Mandatory in-office attendance at least 3 days per week.
