- Organize and monitor staff schedules to meet budgeted labor costs.
- Ensure compliance with Policies & Procedures and Health & Safety codes.
- Monitor safe food handling and storage practices.
- Identify and address concerns with equipment, décor, and supplies.
- Complete and maintain online reporting tools accurately and on time.
- Input employee schedules into payroll tools and authorize transactions.
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies and cyber security measures.
Requirements- High School diploma.
- 2-4 years of management/supervisory experience in food service or retail.
- 3-5 years of high-end restaurant experience.
- Food Handler Certification or Provincial Equivalent.
- Smart Serve or equivalent Provincial certification in Alcohol Service.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
