Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Fulfillment Manager supports store fulfillment operations by driving results, improving processes, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role leads use of systems and tools, partners with merchandising and store teams, and assists with financial and budgetary responsibilities to increase efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead best practices for systems and tools to manage playbooks and gain efficiencies
  • Develop relationships with merchandising and store teams to integrate change
  • Identify operational issues and recommend resolutions and future opportunities
  • Assist with financial aspects and store budgets to drive efficiencies
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with team members to improve productivity and customer experience
  • Influence others to achieve operational and sales goals

Requirements

  • Experience managing and or leading a team preferred
  • Strong organizational, delegation, and follow through skills
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate to drive results
  • Track record of productivity and achievement of goals
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
