Assistant Manager - Lingerie

Summary

The Assistant Sales Department Manager supports the department manager in driving sales, coaching the team, maintaining merchandising standards, and delivering exceptional customer service in the lingerie department. This role contributes to inventory accuracy, shrinkage goals, and building customer relationships through active selling and leadership on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, develop and motivate department sales team
• Assist manager in achieving department volume and productivity goals
• Develop and execute business plans to meet sales targets
• Coach salespeople to deliver outstanding customer service
• Ensure merchandising and presentation standards are met
• Actively sell on the floor to build customer relationships
• Assist with inventory management and achieving shrinkage goals
• Collaborate with store and divisional leaders to maintain productive relationships
