Job Description

Summary

As an Assistant Manager of Performance Marketing at Cartier in New York, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing performance media activations and campaign management. You will lead budget and forecast needs, marketing analytics, and reporting, ensuring that all strategies align with the overall business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of performance marketing channels including paid search, paid social, and programmatic display.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of performance marketing campaigns to drive revenue and client engagement.
  • Assist in developing media plans and annual strategy plans for always-on tactics.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make optimizations to strengthen ROI and engagement.
  • Support the media team with analytics needs and create performance reports.
  • Manage the full Media & Digital Budget and process invoices and budgeting.
  • Conduct research on media, retail, and competitive trends.
  • Develop working relationships with media agencies and local US teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, consumer behavior, or analytics preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing and analytics.
  • Experience within the luxury or retail industry is a plus.
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, including search, paid social, and programmatic display.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with web measurement technologies like Salesforce and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well with cross-functional teams.
