Summary
The Assistant Manager Performance Media supports planning, execution, and analysis of performance media campaigns across paid social, paid search, and affiliate channels for the Americas. This role manages end-to-end campaign operations to drive awareness, traffic, and revenue for ecommerce and retail while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with HQ marketing briefs to drive traffic and sales
- Serve as day-to-day regional contact for plan development, asset approval, and campaign execution
- Manage creative asset delivery across performance channels to ensure timely launches
- Oversee daily campaign operations including monitoring, pacing, and optimizations
- Analyze KPIs and partner with agencies to adjust targeting, bidding, and budgets
- Aggregate and analyze campaign data to produce performance reports and forecasts
- Champion A B tests and platform experiments across paid social and paid search
- Implement and evolve media guidelines to reflect market conditions and platform innovations
Requirements
- Bachelor degree desired
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital media with hands-on campaign management
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficient in data interpretation, visualization, and presenting insights
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with strong visual storytelling abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced cross-functional environment and manage ambiguity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
