Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Manager, Product supports the Costume Jewelry and Accessories categories through product data management, inventory movement, buy preparation, and in-season tracking. This full-time, in-store role develops deep product knowledge and connects boutique observations with merchandising decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate SKU, delivery, inventory, and client reserve information.
  • Gather and organize sell-through, client demand, and performance data to support buy planning.
  • Coordinate product requests, transfers, and product flow across boutiques.
  • Track category performance and share client and product observations with partners.
  • Support product launches, floor moves, and communication of product updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Strong product curiosity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to gather, organize, and clearly present information using reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
