Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Manager, Product supports the Product Orchestration pillar for Costume Jewelry & Accessories by maintaining product accuracy, supporting the buy process, and managing day-to-day product movement. This hands-on role builds category fluency through floor presence, data analysis, and collaboration with Home Office Merchandising. The role reports to the Manager, Product and serves as a key liaison between boutique operations and the buying team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain category knowledge through daily engagement with product data, client feedback, and reporting tools.
  • Support product movement and SKU-level tracking, including processing deliveries, transfers, and inventory routing.
  • Manage client reserve lifecycle and process reserve tool entries and requests from boutiques.
  • Prepare pre-buy data, consolidate buy review materials, and assist with sizing and historical sell-through analysis.
  • Support pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities including VM coordination, product updates, and in-season sell-through tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, comfort with data, and proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs and walk or stand for extended periods; flexible to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across boutique and Home Office teams.
