Job Description

Summary

The Assistant Manager, Product supports the Product Orchestration pillar for Costume Jewelry & Other Accessories, executing category-level product movement, data accuracy, and SKU tracking in boutique. Working closely with the Manager, Product and Home Office partners, this role aids the buy process, reserve management, reporting, and in-season analysis while maintaining significant floor presence. The position builds product fluency through hands-on execution and close collaboration with Fashion Advisors and merchandising teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deepen category knowledge through daily engagement with product data, dashboards, and floor observations.
  • Execute day-to-day product movement and maintain SKU-level tracking and on-hand inventory accuracy.
  • Support pre-buy data gathering, compile sell-through and sizing reports, and prepare materials for buy reviews.
  • Process deliveries, coordinate routing with Operations Excellence, and support boutique-to-boutique product requests.
  • Manage client reserve lifecycle: Reserve Tool entry, tracking, and follow-up in coordination with Client Development.
  • Support pre-launch activities, VM and floor moves, and communicate product updates to internal teams.
  • Track in-season sell-through, flag anomalies, and share performance insights with the PM and HO buyer.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and dashboards and strong comfort with data analysis.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and walk or stand for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays; requires full-time in-store presence.
  • Collaborative mindset with passion for product, client experience, and learning by doing.
