Summary

Assistant Manager responsible for driving the shoes product category and serving as a brand ambassador in a boutique environment. The role focuses on coaching and managing a sales team, delivering elevated client experiences, and partnering with the Boutique Director and Home Office on assortment and reporting. Requires in-store presence and a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire sales team through floor presence and ongoing training
• Drive business performance for the assigned product category
• Analyze sales reporting and assist with assortment planning
• Partner with Home Office buying team on product strategy
• Create a positive inclusive team culture and provide feedback
• Develop client base through local partnerships events and community engagement
• Support boutique image operational standards and service delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for brand history product and client experience
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible availability including late nights weekends and some holidays
• Foreign language skills preferred but not required
