Assistant Manager Product - South Coast Plaza

As an Assistant Manager Product at South Coast Plaza, you will serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for both the internal team and clients. You will drive the business of your respective product category, coach and manage a diverse sales team, and work closely with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge.

• Coach and inspire the team to deliver an elevated client experience on the selling floor.
• Foster a positive working environment and encourage diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
• Provide ongoing training and development for all team members, including product details and service delivery.
• Drive all aspects of the assigned product category, including analysis, reporting, and assortment planning.
• Represent CHANEL in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• In-store presence required to develop and coach teams and ensure boutique standards are upheld.
