- Participate in the recruitment and selection of associates.
- Assign work and assignments to associates as required.
- Provide feedback to the Manager, Sales on inventory performance and customer trends.
- Assist in organizing and conducting regular department team meetings.
- Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation at all times.
- Maintain operational awareness of leased businesses to ensure seamless customer service.
- Model leadership behaviors that promote open communication and employee development.
- Maintain all Health & Safety practices to code.
Requirements- 1-3 years of supervisory experience with accountability for sales and service.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets.
- Adaptable and comfortable with change.
- Retail selling experience in a luxury environment preferred.
- Confident and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Entrepreneurial spirit.
