As an Assistant Manager - Service Experience at Cherry Creek, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by supporting the Service Experience Manager. You will be responsible for driving results, influencing and collaborating with team members, and ensuring exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment.

• Demonstrate ownership of disciplines and process adoption with technology and innovation to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist the Service Experience Manager in coaching a team of specialists to drive education efforts through influence and coaching.
• Develop relationships with merchandising and store teams to lead and integrate change promoting customer-driven initiatives.
• Assist with financial aspects and budgets to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Protect security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance, and issue resolution.
• Perform all Service Experience, Cash Room, and Communication procedures as applicable.

• Proven track record of successful results, including strong productivity and achievement of goals.
• Strong organizational, delegation, and follow-through skills.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS, and Android.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
