Job Description

Summary

As an Assistant Manager - Service Experience at Last Chance in Lombard, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through effective leadership and collaboration. You will support the Service Experience Manager in driving results and fostering a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate ownership of disciplines and process adoption with technology and innovation to enhance the customer experience.
  • Assist the Service Experience Manager in coaching a team of specialists to drive education efforts through influence and coaching.
  • Develop relationships with merchandising and store teams to lead and integrate change promoting customer-driven initiatives.
  • Assist with financial aspects and budgets to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.
  • Protect security and privacy of customer information through education, compliance, and issue resolution.
  • Perform all Service Experience, Cash Room, and Communication procedures as applicable.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of successful results in productivity and goal achievement.
  • Strong organizational, delegation, and follow-through skills.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
