Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering unit operations
• Hire train and onboard team members
• Manage motivate and develop staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and operational standards
• Monitor productivity and control labor and operational costs
• Maintain quality and service standards for a full service restaurant
• Support customer satisfaction and handle guest issues as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years full service upscale restaurant management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic accounting skills and ability to manage finances
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Career ambition toward management within food and beverage
• Food handler's card where required by local or state regulations
