Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive Manager in Training program covering unit operations
• Hire train manage and motivate a crew to deliver excellent customer service
• Support unit success by maintaining customer satisfaction and following company procedures
• Monitor productivity and control costs
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations including food handling

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years coffee bar management experience
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Basic accounting skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Career ambitions in food and beverage with interest in progressing to manager
• Valid food handler's card where required by local regulations
