Summary
The Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager to coach and develop in-store visual teams, ensure visual merchandising consistency, and support company sales and strategic objectives through fashion-relevant styling and execution of visual directives.
Responsibilities
- Support and execute visual merchandising strategies and current trends to drive product sales
- Ensure understanding and implementation of visual directives across all departments
- Provide support for merchandising, signing, and visual merchandising initiatives customized for the store
- Oversee installation removal and adjustment of in-store lighting programs including promotional and enhancement lighting
- Maintain visual safety programs protocols and organize shop and visual spaces
- Coach and develop Visual Merchandising employees and provide concise feedback to leadership
- Collaborate with store manager regional manager and other leaders to maintain productive relationships
Requirements
- Previous visual merchandising experience with proven success driving results
- Strong organizational delegation and follow-through skills
- Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with store and regional leadership
- Knowledgeable in current fashion trends and visual merchandising strategies
- Experience implementing lighting and visual enhancement programs
- Clear concise communication and coaching skills
